Send an email to email@example.com with your order number to proceed with the exchange. All orders are provided with a KAMEO return form.
You must return your items to the address attached in your package within 10 days from the day you received your package. Kameo only allows online store credit or exchange with other products available at www.shop-kameo.com. All the products must have the original tag and must be returned in perfect condition to be able to complete the return. Once we receive your package, you will receive a status confirmation email from us with your total online store credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Online Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.shop-kameo.com.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Online Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
Online Store credit never expires.
Online Store credit is provided in Euro (€).
