Every item comes with instructions on the tag about product care. Make sure you read them before washing your new clothes.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
6€ Spain (Including the Canary Islands, Baleares, Ceuta and Melilla)
11€ Rest of the world.
You will get to enjoy free shipping when you spend 75€ or more. (For Spain and Europe)
Please allow 24 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/Confirmation of order shipment.
Delivery time takes from 3 to 9 business days (approx).
All orders are made by CORREOS and a tracking number will be provided.
Please note we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country.
We are not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If you do not provide the right shipping address we are not required to refund. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before finalizing your order.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order and the payment is confirmed you will receive an email from us with your tracking number and information about your order. That will mean your order is already on it´s way! :)
You can copy and paste the digit number provided on the track box at correos.es to check the status.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
KAMEO wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, we understand that online shopping can be tricky, so were here to help you get your order correct.

HOW CAN I USE MY PROMO CODE OR STORE CREDIT?
All promo codes or store credit codes must be input at the time of checkout by the customer. Our system will not allow us to manually adjust any costs on orders that have already been placed. We cannot apply any promo codes to prior purchases. Don´t forget to add your code before finalizing your purchase.
